課程概述

課程說明
一、主軸議題
組織與組織現象，在全世界各地無所不在，深深影響人類的出生、成長、發展、教育、工作、社會關係、健康及死亡。不過，一般人對組織及組織生活的複雜性，卻是理解有限，認識未深，運用不清，無法使用其已建構而能改變世界的簡單法則。本專題聚焦於討論以下議題：
1.六大類型理論的內涵、核心概念及立基假定
2.組織正當性的管理
3.組織制度化的過程
4.組織追求制度化的策略
5.組織去制度化的成因及影響
6.組織失能及式微的現象
7.組織圖像的透視
8.組織與環境
9.組織權力與政治
10.組織理論的新導向
 

課程目標
 本專題的首要目標在於：提供理解組織經緯的基礎。第二目標乃鎖定於：提供組織內部成功運作的知識，以及如何參與或啟發各項努力或作為，促使組織因應內外在嶄新的情境，而為必要的變遷及調適。
